Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Is Medical Nutrition Therapy a covered service under my medical plan?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Do I have a co-payment?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

Cash, Checks, Major Credit Cards are accepted.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance as we have a late cancellation/no show fee of $100.
