Tina Thompson is a registered dietitian who earned her dietetics degree from the University of California at Davis and her masters degree in clinical nutrition at the University of Kentucky. She has been honored with Kentucky's Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year and Kentucky's Outstanding Dietitian of the Year awards. Her specialties include eating disorders, mindfulness and intuitive eating through a weight inclusive, non-diet lens. She is an Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS-S) and Supervisor, certified by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
Tina is trained in MB-EAT - an evidence-based mindfulness program for binge eating and emotional over-eaters. In her free time, Tina enjoys reading, hiking and traveling with her family.
Emily Ashton is a registered dietitian who earned her bachelors degree in human nutrition and her masters degree in nutrition and food systems at the University of Kentucky. She completed her dietetic internship at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with an emphasis in wellness promotion. Emily also has a background in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She currently serves as the dietitian for the Kentucky Eating Disorder Council. In her free time, she enjoys camping, mountain biking, and rock climbing with friends. Emily also is an Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), certified by the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP).
Shannon Winke is a registered dietitian who earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics and her master’s degree in nutritional sciences at the University of Kentucky. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia Health System. She is passionate about working from a weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size framework. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, running and hanging with her dog, Jack.
Emily Gogel is a registered dietitian who earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. She also completed her internship through the Coordinated Program with the University of Kentucky. Her background includes clinical nutrition with a focus on acute care. She has a passion for intuitive eating with the Health At Every Size framework. Emily enjoys reading, tending to plants, and having fun outdoors with friends and family in her free time.
Katie Ullery is a registered dietitian who earned her dietetics degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She completed her internship from Western Kentucky University. Her background is with college students with an emphasis in college athletes. She cares about helping her clients feel comfortable in their bodies and finding freedom from foods and diet culture. In her spare time you can find her coaching soccer, hiking, camping, and having game nights with friends.
